Through our Student Mental Health and Kindness Ambassadors, Mental Health First Aiders, Arcadia Club, House System and close work with outside agencies we try to identify and respond to any mental health issues relating to the pupils at Hall Mead School. We appreciate that there are a wealth of issues in a young person’s life that can cause stress and anxiety and aim to provide all the support we can. Arcadia Club
Arcadia, meaning a place offering peace and simplicity, is a club set up to combat mental health issues. Fortnightly, students meet to relax in a stress-free environment in the hall. The club is returning following the pandemic. Student can detox from any worries inside or outside of school. Promoted by our student wellbeing ambassadors, the club aims to create a positive atmosphere for students inside of school.
